The Shopify Fulfillment Network will provide US-based merchants with a network of various fulfillment centres.
Following news from earlier this month that FedEx was dumping Amazon from its air cargo service, Amazon announced the expansion of its own air delivery network, Amazon Air.

With this expanded integration, merchants can opt to enable PayPal as a payment method in their own Google Pay integration — something that’s easily done if Google Pay has already been implemented on their site.
Currently home to 450 employees spanning a variety of departments, Shopify is looking to expand to 1,200 employees in Toronto by 2022.
An interesting detail about the company, which has raised more than $25 million so far, is that it’s yet to make its product publicly available.
The company works with both startups and more established brands, giving them the tools they need to run direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses.
