Help bring “National Entrepreneurs Day” to life

A recent comment by Jay Aspin, Member of Parliament for Nipissing–Timiskaming area, was quoted as saying, “The Harper Government recognizes that small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy.” A grassroots campaign has started to bring a dedicated day to Canada that will recognize the passion and dedication entrepreneurs have to help build a successful business.

“National Entrepreneurs Day” aims to hone in on the “modern day economic heroes.” Originally launched back in July 2014, the National Entrepreneurs Day seeks to “dedicate 24 hrs to celebrating all their epic work.” The goal is to receive a minimum of 50,000 supporters — which is the basic number that one can submit an official petition to the House of Commons – and enable government support to bring this day to life.

As of today, November 20th, there are only 97 supporters so there is much work ahead.
