Deloitte releases its list of Canada’s 50 fastest-growing companies

For almost 20 years, Deloitte has used the Technology Fast 50 program to celebrate Canadian companies that the firm says demonstrate innovation and rapid revenue growth over the last four years of operation.

Today, Deloitte released its list of 2016 winners. Besides acknowledging companies in the Fast 50 category, Deloitte also includes a separate list for Companies to Watch (which included companies like Fredericton-based SimpTek, the only Maritime-based company to make the list) and the Technology Fast 50 Leadership Award, which included Fast 50 companies like Aeryon Labs.

“Technology Fast 50 winners are just the kind of companies we need in order to compete on a global basis and grow more prosperous as a nation,” said Anders McKenzie, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) managing partner and leader for Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 program. “They push the boundaries of innovation and make investments to bring new products and services to market. These are bold companies that pursue growth aggressively and are rewarded with increased revenues.”
