As a Sales Development Manager at Loopio, you will be responsible for a team that contributes a significant portion of new-business pipeline to the organization. You will manage daily prospecting activities, be a critical part of the hiring and onboarding processes, and play an active role in ongoing training of the Sales Development team. As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead Sensibills strategy for ensuring their Receipts solution is a success from launch and through its lifetime. To do this, you’ll be working closely with clients on their marketing efforts. You’ll also be building out the Sensibill Marketing Playbook, consisting of best practices, messaging matrices, campaign templates, and more. The Marketing Playbook will be shared with clients when they onboard. The role requires extensive knowledge of how financial institutions market to their customers, the way in which they prioritize products such as Receipts and the challenges they face when executing marketing campaigns.
