Next Canada has launched applications for its 2018 Next Founders program.

Next Founders will accept 20 founders for its May 2018 program. It promises a network of entrepreneurs and interactive education sessions, while eligible companies have the chance to receive $30,000 in non-dilutive funding.

“Next Founders seeks out the country’s most  talented entrepreneurs and helps them build upon their initial successes,” said Sheldon Levy, CEO of NEXT Canada. “Next Founders helps them take their ventures to a new level by providing them with the tools they need to grow, and with the confidence that they can scale their company here in Canada.”

Founders will also receive masters-level courses taught by faculty from schools including the Rotman School of Management, Harvard Business School, and MIT. After a Founder Immersion Week in early May, participants can opt-in to flexible summer programming that fits their schedule. Next Founders allows participants with offices outside Toronto to customize their programming and travel to the city as their schedules allow.

Past participants of the program include Nymi, inkbox, and Sampler.

Applications are open until March 20. For founders looking for more details,  the organization and several alumni will host a Twitter Talk on March 1 and a Facebook Live application webinar on March 13.
