Great-West Life has expanded Dialogue’s virtual employee healthcare platform across Canada.

The insurance giant began piloting the service last year in Quebec and Ontario. With this expansion, Dialogue’s service will be rolled out to 10,000 employees across the country.

“We are happy to strengthen our collaboration with Great-West Life so that more employers and employees across Canada can have access to our service,” said Cherif Habib, co-founder and CEO of Dialogue. “The employee satisfaction rate of our services has been a great success at Great-West Life and has helped contribute to a productive work environment that values the well-being of employees.”

In the past, Dialogue has also partnered with League to bring its platform to League’s customers.

“Making innovative health technologies like Dialogue more accessible to our employees and customers demonstrates our commitment to supporting the physical, mental and financial well-being of Canadians,” said Brad Fedorchuk, executive vice-president, group customer at Great-West Life. “With faster access to healthcare and treatment options, patients are better able to manage their health and the health of their families, which in turn can lead to increased productivity and reduced absenteeism. It’s a win-win for employers, their employees and their employees’ families.”
