Business funding site Fundable.com announced today that it has acquired Moncton-based Clarity.fm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Launched by well-known Canadian entrepreneur Dan Martell, Clarity.fm seeks to match entrepreneurs looking for advice with appropriate mentors and experts. The service boasts over 50,000 experts, including big names like Mark Cuban (a Clarity investor) and over 250,000 mentorship calls. As part of the acquisition, Clarity will be rolled into Fundable’s Startups.co launch platform, along with Launchrock.com, Bizplan.com, and KillerStartups.com.

“Clarity.fm has an incredible membership of passionate and dedicated experts and entrepreneurs,” said Martell in a statement to BetaKit. “I believe that the best way to bring our advice to more people around the world is to tap into a larger community — and Startups.co provides just that.”

Startups.co platform now includes a portfolio of 825,000 registered startups, 13 million registered investors, and over $150 million in startup funding committed to the platform.
