CIX Names Its Top 20 Hottest Innovative Companies Ahead of Toronto Event

The Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX), a yearly event seeking to bring together key leaders in the innovation economy to learn from one another, explore new relationships and accelerate the development of the ground-breaking technologies, has announced its “Top 20” Hottest Innovative Companies.

Through an application process the CIX, which also holds smaller events throughout Canada during the year as well, named these 20 companies this morning:

Smart Skin Technologies-  a state-of-the-art technology to measure line pressure in glass, can, PET, and many secondary and tertiary packaging lines.

Upverter-  the best place to share hardware design with friends, co-workers, classmates, and complete strangers.

360incentives.com Canada ULC- provides a highly flexible software as a service (SaaS) platform which enables manufacturers and distributors to create, measure and manage all of their incentives programs

Plotly- a collaborative data analysis and graphing tool

Axonify- is revolutionizing the way organizations think about and deliver corporate learning.

Next week’s event at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto will happen on November 21, and features several “fireside chats”, keynote speeches, roundtable discussions and even groups of startups demoing their technology to investors and companies.
