Willful is a Toronto-based startup that helps people easily create a legal will. Not the sexiest of startups in normal times, but these are not normal times. CEO Erin Bury, who longtime listeners might remember as a regular guest on BetaKit’s CanCon podcast, joins to explain what COVID-19 has made easier, and more difficult, for a business built to grapple with death.
