Custom suit maker Indochino has announced a fitting new CEO.
According to a report from TechCrunch, former Shop.ca founding CEO Drew Green will be joining the Vancouver-based company, which allows men to upload measurements on the site for custom-made suits and dress shirts.
Within the five years that Green led the company, Toronto-based Shop.ca has raised impressive funding rounds, partnered with thousands of retailers and marketing partners like Torstar and the NHL, and became a leading Canadian ecommerce destination.
Indochino’s goal is to sell one million made-to-measure suits by 2020 and expanding to 150 stores.
“Ultimately, our major growth will stem from partnerships that will increase our ability to reach consumers globally — by increasing the range and assortment of our products and aggressively driving our online and retail presence where consumers shop for apparel,” Green said.
