Two Canadian startups are currently competing in the Launch: Silicon Valley World Cup Tech Challenge. The companies are Toronto-based Vantage Analytics, a tool for ecommerce businesses that provides businesses with key metrics and enables immediate action with tools for email, social media and leading business apps; and Ottawa-based FormVerse, which allows users to build advanced workflow automation processes within email.

The competition is the Launch: Silicon Valley World Cup Tech Challenge. Launch: Silicon Valley said it “has been firmly established as the premier product launch platform for startups from around the world” for eight years.

On May 20th at Microsoft’s campus in Mountain View, 30 startups from 16 countries will compete in the World Cup Tech challenge in five different tech groups. There they’ll pitch their products to a panel of “top Silicon Valley and International investors” from firms like DFJ, Kleiner Perkins, Venrock, Garage Technology Ventures, Google Ventures, Microsoft Ventures, Intel Capital, Samsung Ventures, IBM, Citrix Startup Accelerator, Blackbox, SAP Startup Focus and more. Only one startup in each group, will take home the cup.

Vantage Analytics is currently vying for the spot in the Next Gen Technology group, currently sitting in third place. You can vote for them here.
