Silicon Valley-based accelerator 500 Startups is having its Demo Day for Batch 10 today. In total, twenty-seven companies will be pitching for glory, including Toronto-based Uplette.
For those unfamiliar, Uplette is a mobile marketing solution that empowers brands and agencies to easily deliver relevant mobile ad content to increase campaign conversion rates. Its real-time technology fills the gap between ad exchanges, DSPs and consumers by leveraging data, machine learning and predictive algorithms to power a better user experience.
Amanda Parker, Co-Founder and CEO of Uplette, stated in an email to us that “The business acceleration Uplette has achieved as part of 500 Startups has been phenomenal. San Francisco is a hot spot for ad tech companies and investors, and we’ve been able to use that to our advantage during the past 3 months. We’ve built multiple partnerships with DSPs and major media agencies that are going to help take us to the next level and work with more brands on a massive scale. Uplette has now powered more than 40 million user experiences with a 50% month over month user growth rate, and we’ve been able to work with brands like 20th Century Fox, Universal Music Group, and Samsung. The 500 mentors network has been an amazing resource, but also being a part of a community of like-minded founders has been incredibly beneficial to our development.”
The other startups to participate in Demo Day for Batch 10 are GymTrack, CareLuLu, Rain, Promolta, UXCam, TrustCloud, Uplette, myTips, Revivn, StudySoup, Remoov, Mind My Business, Shopline, Silkroad, Neighbot.ly, Whim, LendSquare, Shakr, Giveurance, WeDidIt, Rover, Uguru, ProductBio, Feesheh, Vantage Sports, YogaTrail, and Monkimun.
