As part of a growing Engineering team, the Principal Software Developer will be a fundamental part of building core AI capabilities in an innovative environment without a legacy of product debt. As Chisel’s new developer, they will tackle challenges that include building engineering pipelines to help machine learning scientists build better models. This role will be the key collaborator to the CTO and help to set the technical foundations for the service.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and deploying software products and can demonstrate hands-on experience shipping products that are used on a large scale. A minimum of seven years of experience developing product software using an object-oriented language is required.

TalentMinded is looking to add an intermediate-level Technical Talent Advisor to their team. The ideal candidate will love processes, have a desire to learn, is a critical thinker, and isn’t afraid to try new things. Reporting to the Director of People & Training, the Technical Talent Advisor will research a company’s hiring needs and technical requirements to find where the right candidates might “live” and how to best attract them. They will take ownership and be accountable for the quality of the talent pipeline for each open role, while working closely with the Social Media & Branding Specialists and Project Administrators to ensure that each role is performing well.
Specialist, Social Innovation, VP Research, Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking
The Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking is the University of Calgary’s innovation hub aimed at fostering entrepreneurial thinking amongst its students, staff, and the community. It is searching for a Social Innovation Specialist to help build the University’s brand, as well as increase community engagement.
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Hunter Hub, and working across all innovation organizations and faculties of the university, the Social Innovation Specialist will create, coordinate, communicate, and deliver successful, innovative community outreach and engagement activities in entrepreneurial thinking. The successful candidate will have a social innovation, business, entrepreneurship or education background with one or more university degrees in these fields, and has demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurial thinking or talent development.
