Autodesk
Autodesk makes software products and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. The firm is seeking a software developer who likes working in Node.js and React.
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting architectural decisions and code design specifications, creating new features, providing support and serving as a triage point for issues with the application.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience working as a software engineer, a track record of developing high-quality code, and experience with React / Redux, Node, and MongoDB.

Validere
Validere is a measurement, reporting, and verification software company that helps energy organizations transform disconnected, incomplete data into clear and immediately actionable pathways to financial and environmental value. The company is looking for a full-stack senior software engineer in Toronto.
The role will involve leading the design and development of consumer-facing features, making key architectural decisions, and creating frontend, backend, and middleware solutions for implementation.
Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, as well as at least four years of experience, ideally within startups. Full-stack proficiency is also a must, and backend acumen is a bonus.

Kubra
Kubra offers customer experience management software that lends itself to making payments and account management easier for mortgage companies. The company is looking for a cloud security engineer to report to its office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities in the role include performing security assessments of Kubra’s systems, applications and infrastructure, performing vulnerability assessments, building and maintaining security tools with an emphasis on automation, and creating threat models and security reporting tools.
Those interested should have experience in public cloud, specifically AWS, as well as at least two years of experience in cybersecurity roles with a preference for engineering. This is a hybrid role, and Kubra offers flexible schedules to employees.
