The company is looking for a creative, inquisitive, and passionate UX Research Intern to dive deep into the experiences, motivations, and behaviours of their customers and translate them into compelling research insights. Statflo – Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will apply your positive attitude, your awesome personality, and your top-notch customer service skills to make an impact on a customers’ day. You will learn the ins and outs of the company’s app, and work closely with their internal teams (primarily Customer Success, Product, and QA), and wonderful customers. Your daily activities will be a mixture of sending text messages to customers on behalf of users, as well as being a first responder to customer inquiries. This is an entry-level role in which you will be responsible for customer communication and engagement.

You have been working in the area of software design and development, with a focus on SAAS web and/or mobile apps for at least 3 years. You’re well versed in Javascript and have experience developing using Angular. You are capable of working with the full stack from the Web UI to backend services written in C#. You have an eye for detail, and aren’t satisfied with apps that work – you want them to be enjoyed by users.

The company’s FinTech client is adding a Senior Vice President, Global Services to their leadership team. This is the senior executive role for someone who wants to drive, influence and optimize the teams providing global consulting and enterprise services. The SSE is expected to have in-depth knowledge of functional capabilities and technical architecture while possessing a good understanding of the sales enablement landscape with respect to business/technology drivers and the competitive landscape.
