The developer specialist evaluates the impact of design decisions on the IT solution/product/service under development (performance, schedule, budget, impact on downstream components/systems, quality, etc.) and recommends alternative/creative solutions to mitigate/optimize if necessary. They manage/conduct detailed code reviews and provides feedback in a constructive manner, as well as decomposing the company’s requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications and code.
