With over 3,000 routes scheduled per month, Lean Systems is poised to transform the transportation sector. This Montreal-based business is solving the organizational problems for the transportation industry, and on the journey has been selected by a number of exciting accelerators, such as Creative Destruction Lab and Techstars New York.

Co-founder Graham Mann is on a true entrepreneurship adventure, making stops along the way for exemplary leadership, incredible mentorship, and rich co-founder relationships.

“Once I grasped how quickly it could scale to different industries and the impact that could have on different efficiencies for cities, that is what ultimately sold me,” said Mann.

Mann has also mentored over 100 companies at the Founder Institute, Startup Weekend, and Techstars Boston along the way. For his community leadership, he received the 2017 Startup Canada Young Entrepreneur Award.

In this week’s #StartupPodcast, host Rivers Corbett talks to Mann about what it means to book a one-way ticket to the entrepreneurial adventure.
