Procurify secures $4 million investment, brings on Hootsuite CEO Ryan Holmes and CFO Steve Johnson as advisors

Procurify, an international cloud procurement software firm headquartered in Vancouver, announced it’s received $4 million investment from Nexus Venture Partners, Point Nine Capital, and BDC. The company will use the funds to expand its product offering and sales and marketing efforts.

With this news also brings forth Hootsuite CEO Ryan Holmes and CFO Steve Johnson as new advisors to the Procurify team.

Procurify, a HIGHLINE company, makes spending and purchasing easy, through budgeting and analytical reporting. The company has users in over 58 countries and is on track to process over half a billion dollars in purchase orders on its platform this year.
