New Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp cohort starts April 26

Two women in tech using computers

Did you know that less than 20 percent of tech sales positions are held by women? And that figure is even less if you are a woman of colour. Talentminded wants to do something to alter these stats with its Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp.

Established in 2018, the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp is a collaboration between global talent acquisition solutions provider TalentMinded and The Revenue University, a leading sales training academy. Since then, the bootcamp has completed over six cohorts and trained over 100 women, hosted over 60 top employers. Now, the two orgs are taking the program to more cities across North America.

The bootcamp has completed over six cohorts and trained over 100 women, hosted over 60 top employers.

This industry-vetted, five-day intense training program helps match women who want to pursue or advance their skills in tech sales with leading organizations looking to tap into a diverse, sales-ready talent pool.

The result? Since its inception, on average, 80 percent of graduates have found employment within 30 days of completing the program.

Students learn the sales playbook and the art and science of tech sales. It is a five-day course, developed by leading professionals, offers modern strategies, tools, and methods that will help excel candidates’ careers. Participants are left with a deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B SaaS tech sales process, along with access to over 40 coaches, mentors, sales leaders and allies to add to their network.

On day five of the program, participants will take part in virtual speed interview sessions with Talentminded’s exclusive employer and hiring partners. These sessions will give people the opportunity to meet virtually with potential employers and establish professional connections.

Who is this bootcamp for? If you identify as female and are looking to develop a career or pivot your career into tech sales, then this is for you. Whether you are starting out in your career or looking to make a change, this course will give you the tools to succeed, build your confidence, introduce you to awesome employers and expand your network.
