Humi HR wades into competitive space with all-in-one platform on #TheDisruptors

Managing employees at a startup can be a time-consuming process. HR managers often have to use multiple software programs to track information about employees, whether that is information about payrolls, hiring, or vacation time.

Humi HR, the latest pitch on The Disruptors, has created a solution to make HR management easier: a cloud-based platform that lets users manage different aspects of HR in one single solution. The platform, which is accessible via mobile and tablet, allows small and medium-sized companies to store employee documents, track vacation times, and allow employees to see information regarding their payrolls.

Humi HR, which was founded by Kevin Kliman, can be used for free and is meant to prevent inefficiencies when managing employees. “Humi solves very basic problems for small and medium-sized companies,” said Klim. “The average Canadian company uses six or more systems to manage their HR…they create a lot of inefficiencies. We’d like to build a platform that supports more Canadian employees than any other software platform out there.”

Co-host Bruce Croxon said Humi HR has created a solution that many small and medium-sized startups need. “It is a very real problem for small and medium sized businesses trying to manage all the different systems and data, so he’s got a convenient solution to that,” said Croxon.
