Toronto-based Crowdbabble, a pitch on the latest season of The Disruptors, wants to give marketers a way to gain more subscribers and customers.
Crowdbabble has created an analytics automation platform that allows companies to track a customerâs media performance across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The companyâs goal is to help media companiesâ marketing teams build large, highly-targeted audiences of subscribers.
âCrowdbabble helps these marketers to acquire subscribers in a more efficient manner.”
– Abbas Alidina
âWeâre basically disrupting marketing. Marketers realize that consumptions have changed. Social handles are basically the new email address,â said Abbas Alidina, founder and CEO at Crowdbabble. âCrowdbabble helps these marketers to acquire subscribers in a more efficient manner with more highly targeted subscribers, at a cost thatâs 80 percent less than alternatives.â
Co-host Amber Kanwar said itâs important for Crowdbabble to ensure it is âinsulated and protectedâ as the social media and marketing analytics industry has lots of competitors like Hootsuite.
Co-host Bruce Croxon agreed and said âthereâs a lot of peopleâ trying to build analytics solutions for marketers. âSo my advice to the young man is if youâve got something he calls unique to the industry, you better hurry up because thereâs a lot of people doing it,â said Croxon.
