Nova Scotia’s ocean technology hub is partnering with three other ocean technology organizations in Germany and Norway to share expertise and infrastructure internationally and develop new technologies. The Centre for Ocean Ventures and Entrepreneurship (COVE) announced the memorandum of understanding at the Digital Ocean Convention in Rostock, Germany last Wednesday.
