Sharethebus wins the $100,000 Investment Prize at the 2015 International Startup Festival

The 2015 International Startup Festival was another great success this year. Hundreds of startup and leaders from around the world gathered in Montreal over four days to celebrate and educate. One of the main highlights every year is the $100,000 Investment Prize and a slew of other notable awards, such as the Media Pitch Prize, FounderFuel Prize, and the Grandmother’s Choice Award.

The main attraction is the annual $100,000 Investment Prize that sees one successful company win after gruelling pitchfest against 9 other starts up.

This year, ten angels participated in the funding for the $100,000, which is awarded in the form of a convertible note. The angel investors were: Sophie Forest, Magaly Charbonneau, Gary Pudles, Jesse Kaplan, Anna Goodson, Phil Telio (Founder at Startupfest), Mike Fuller, Mathew Rosenblatt, Jonathan Kolber, and Jamie O’Hara.
