MoveSuite CEO says its service ‘makes Canada Post mail forwarding obsolete’

Moving is one of the worst experience known to man. It’s time consuming and can cause a massive amount of stress. MoveSuite, which is part of INcubes Accelerator program, aims to ease the frustration by taking care of some needed essentials, such as updating your address, transferring utilities, notifying municipal and federal tax services, and renew your driver’s licenses and health cards.

The company is aiming high to take on Canada Post mail forwarding services. MoveSuite states its process takes about 15 minutes to complete online and costs about $60, which is cheaper that Canada Post. “MoveSuite makes Canada Post mail forwarding obsolete,” says Zach Munroe, Managing Director and Co-Founder of MoveSuite. “Think about it: you can get all these services and a peace of mind for $60, or you can pay the same price just for mail forwarding. What would you choose?”

“At MoveSuite your security and privacy is our highest priority,” says Darren Thompson, Technical Lead and Co-Founder of the company. “Our data centre is protected by 24/7 physical surveillance to prevent unauthorized access to the MoveSuite services. All of the data sent to MoveSuite is encrypted securely using the highest grade TLS/SSL encryption supported by your browser. On top of that, your sensitive information is then deleted from our server’s as soon as we have notified your selected providers of your move. You can use MoveSuite with confidence knowing your personal information is safe.”

The Toronto-based company was founded by Zach Munroe and Darren Thompson and is now in 31 cities across Canada, with a goal to expand globally in 2015.
