With hundreds of members of Toronto’s tech community consistently meeting up at TechToronto every month, it’s safe to say that there’s no shortage of interest in an event that gathers lessons learned from fellow entrepreneurs.
TechToronto‘s organizers are taking that similar energy and format to launch SalesTO, a meetup targeting sales professionals to help them gain insight into improving sales practices. The first SalesTO meetup includes talks from Nasseem Saloojee of Top Hat, Katie George of Vidyard and Kyle Norton of Vision Critical. Kenny Goldman from HIRED will be hosting and moderating the panel discussion.
“Over the last six months we have constantly been asked by local founders where can they find great salespeople and/or how can they improve their current sales capabilities,” said Alex Norman, TechToronto’s co-founder. “Based on the overwhelming demand we decided to create SalesTO so our community can help itself by having world class sales people share best practices, tips, and lessons with each other via panels, key note presentations and of course, networking.”
