Working with a team of product managers, developers, and designers, the senior UX designer will incorporate customer research and feedback, product usage data, and usability findings in all design activities to enable strategic design. To qualify, the designer should have some experience working with agile design and development teams, creating prototypes for multiple platforms, and delivering interactive prototypes through Pixate, Flinto, or other popular prototyping tools.

Unbounce is looking for a marketing director

To be a marketing director at Unbounce, the applicant should be proficient in key areas: leading, managing, and growing. The marketing director will have to set quarterly targets for Unbounce’s campaign strategy, manage budgets for their teams, and identifying key areas of growth. The applicant should have at least 10 years of experience under their belt and a proven track record of driving business results.

Montreal

Hurrier is looking for a bilingual account manager

The ideal account manager should already have one to three years of experience of sales, marketing, and account management experience, and “can wake up and make your own plan for the day that just seems to make sense”. While acting as a key contact for Hurrier’s restaurant partners, the account manager will also work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team and create promotions. Of course, the company also stresses that being fun is a required skill.

Unbounce is looking for a marketing director

Tilt is looking for a front-end engineer

As part of the public site team, the front-end engineer at Tilt will maintain Tilt.com’s main portal. To qualify, the front-end engineer should have knowledge of Javascript libraries like React, Angular, Ember, and Polymer, experience working with a product team developing responsive front end widgets, and experience with application servers like Django, Express, and Sinatra. In Tilt’s words, “We’re looking for team members who know that speed is survival and value quality in building a great product.”

Trainer+ is looking for a UI/UX designer

An exciting opportunity for those who love being part of early stage startups, the UI/UX designer will need to be Photoshop proficient, knowledge of material design, and experience in graphic design. The UI/UX designer can expect to tackle problems in the realm of data visualizations and UI, and the company says that its current design needs include web app design, mobile app design, infographics, marketing materials (online/print), and data visualizations.
