PwC Canada has opened up applications for its 2018 Vision to Reality Awards.

The V2R Awards celebrate Canadian entrepreneurs at all stages of building their businesses. Categories fall under the disruptor, which recognizes companies with $0 to 50 million in revenue, including pre-revenue; the builder, for companies with $51 million to $1 billion in revenue; and the reinventor, for private or publicly-held enterprises that have $1 billion in revenue.

This year, PwC Canada has added a new category: the accelerator, which is awarded to a public sector organization of any size making innovations that benefit Canadians.

“What makes this program unique is that it is open to organizations across the entirety of the Canadian business ecosystem, not just technology companies,” said Tahir Ayub, managing partner of Markets and Industries at PwC Canada. “Innovation can be found in small to large companies who are working towards being more competitive or serving the public. V2R Awards is here to celebrate innovation and business transformation.”

Applications are open until December 22. Finalists will be announced in early spring 2018 and four winners will be awarded a 2018 PwC Vision to Reality (V2R) Awards in Toronto in May 2018.
