Influitive acquires TriggerFox, marking second acquisition this month

Influitive

Toronto-based Influitive has announced its second acquisition of the month with TriggerFox, a mobile relationship management platform. Triggerfox’s employees will bring product management and development expertise to Influitive’s team.

“Influitive’s work to expand the advocate marketing category is ambitious and exciting. We are thrilled to join the team and help Influitive advance their development of mobile technology and solutions for sales professionals,” said Triggerfox co-founder and CEO Frank Falcone.

Earlier this month, the company announced that it had raised an additional $8.2 million in a series B extension, and acquired Ironark Software, which develops mobile organizational apps.

“Engaging mobile products are now as important to B2B companies as they are to consumers. By more than doubling our mobile talent, we can accelerate our mobile experience efforts and unlock opportunities to innovate in the mobile space for our customers and their advocates,” said Mark Organ, CEO and founder of Influitive. “We’re excited to welcome Triggerfox to the Influitive team and leverage their expertise to expand advocate marketing to the sales domain.”

Influitive’s marketing platform, which includes AdvocateHub, allows marketers to build advocate communities where members gain recognition and status, in exchange for doing activities that help promote the brand’s interests and reputation.
