Voting now open “Doodle 4 Google” Challenge

Google Canada has vetted thousands of doodles and announced that public voting is now open for their Doodle 4 Google challenge. There are 25 Regional Winners and your help is needed to select 5 national finalists from Ontario, Prairies, Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and British Columbia and The North.

The Doodle 4 Google challenge highlights future artists aged K-12 and asks them to create a doodle with the theme of “If I could invent anything, I would invent…”. The winners will have their doodle featured on Google homepage for 24-hours and receive $20,000 in grant and scholarship prizes. The national winners will receive a $10,000 scholarship, a $10,000 grant for their school and will also be featured in a Royal Ontario Museum special exhibit in March.
