Videogami raises an undisclosed amount from York Angel Investors

Toronto-based Videogami has raised an undisclosed amount of money from York Angel Investors, which will be used to expand its services and offerings.

The company, which is an INcubes Accelerator Alumni, is a cloud-based video platform that makes your videos and live streams more social. York Angel Investors stated they were “delighted to… [have] closed a deal with a dynamic firm, Videogami that allows fans to engage real-time with concerts and sporting events, sharing the moments that matter with their social networks.”

“We are thrilled to see our efforts backed up by some of the most experienced angels in the region,” says Juan Gonzalez, CEO and Founder of Videogami. “Not only is this a validation of our work over the past couple of years, but it is also a great testament of the maturity that the Toronto startup ecosystem has reached. At Videogami, our goal is now to scale up to become a world-class venture.”
