Vancouver’s Vision Critical expands customer insight portfolio with Retail Intelligence Suite

Vision Critical

Vancouver-based Vision Critical announced today a new product targeted towards retail. Built off the company’s cloud-based customer intelligence platform, the Retail Intelligence Suite is designed to evaluate behaviour across all purchasing channels to improve customer experience and increase loyalty. The suite is just one of several vertical expansions for the company following its $16 million funding round last July.

“Retailers today are struggling with a number of common challenges,” said Kobi Ofir, chief technology officer of Vision Critical. “They want to deliver a consistent customer experience across all channels, bring customer feedback into their product innovation process and increase brand loyalty. We developed the Retail Intelligence Suite solution so that retailers can address and overcome these challenges by engaging with customers in the right way and at the right time to drive better business decisions.”

The Suite provides retailers with the ability to learn from customers via a secure, opt-in online community that provides ongoing feedback to improve experience. Vision Critical already has major retailers such as Nordstrom and Canadian Tire as clients, and it’s likely to expect they’ll sign on for the service.
