As the Director of Small Business at UPS Canada, Paul takes a cue from startup entrepreneurs and strives to think outside of the box when managing both internal operations and external communications. His intraprenurial attitude mixed with a passion for educating entrepreneurs on the importance of a robust supply chain and the benefits of going international, has made UPS Canada a strong supporter of startups and small businesses.
“To me, (intrapreneurship) is internally running my own little business. It’s being that person who is… introducing something outside of the box and challenging the larger organization that I work for to change and do something differently.”
