Having built and sold two companies, Frontline Staff Inc. and the Momcafé Network Inc, Jill Earthy is paving the way for women entrepreneurs and delivering insightful advice for those in business.

“Diversity is essential, and when I say diversity I think of diversity of thought, of perspectives, and that includes gender, cultures, and previous experiences.”

Earthy is the Chief Growth Officer of FrontFundr, an online investment platform connecting entrepreneurs and investors. Recently, Earthy has been recognized as one of the 35 most influential women in British Columbia; a title much deserved. Earthy is also the former CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, which is a non-profit association in Vancouver with a mission to guide and educate women entrepreneurs.

In this week’s #StartupPodcast, host Rivers Corbett talks to Earthy about entrepreneurial life, what she does to assist women in the business world, and key advice on how to evolve to achieve success.
