Ryerson IEEE hosting Fashion Technology Showcase tomorrow

Ryerson IEEE Fashion Technology Showcase

The Ryerson University student chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) is hosting an event to explore how wearable technology is changing the fashion industry. Taking place tomorrow evening at the Sears Atrium, the IEEE Fashion Technology Showcase will feature a handful of tech companies demonstrating their innovations, including:

    Interaxon
    MeU
    DreamQii
    Breqlabs
    Daily Goods
    StudioFeed
    Magniware

The event will be hands-on, allowing students to interact with the products and speak with the inventors – there will also be models present to demo each product. There is no cost to attend, but event organizers are asking attendees to register here to ensure they receive their free drink tickets.
