RVezy says it wants to be the Airbnb for RVs on #TheDisruptors

Among the many industries that are being disrupted lately, one of them is the RV industry.

RVezy, the latest pitch on The Disruptors, has developed an online platform that allows RV owners to privately rent out their RVs when they are not using them. Renters can log onto RVezy’s website and search for an RV based on location, size, and style; owners can upload pictures, prices, and additional details about their RV.

“RVezy is extremely disruptive to the traditional RV marketplace,” said Michael McNaught, the CEO and founder of RVezy. “Traditionally, renters are looking to large corporations with fleets of RVs that lack variety… [and] are cost prohibitive to Canadians. The goal of RVezy is to have a secure, simple process of approving these RV rentals.”

Co-hosts Amber Kanwar and Bruce Croxon say RVezy is the “Airbnb of moving around,” adding that as companies like RVezy grow, they expect Airbnb to scoop them up to provide a large marketplace for shared goods.
