Senior Product Manager
More about the role:
Your primary responsibility is to drive product KPIs that directly roll up to company revenue: patient conversion rate from website visit to appointment completed, and patient NPS;
You will be primarily focused on our patient product, however as a marketplace, product development will include the clinic side as well;
You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from user research to A/B testing, ruthlessly prioritizing to achieve the best outcomes;
You will make decisions based on data and modelling different outcomes;
You will run diverse experiments to find the global maxima of our KPIs, not restricted to the local maxima of our current implementation
You will hustle hard, think creatively, and do things that may not scale to solve the needs of our users;
You will provide leadership to the Product Engineering team and create team alignment on initiatives; and
You will work closely with the CTO to define the product roadmap and vision.
What you would NOT be doing (very important):
Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and building to their requirements,
Organizing the development backlog,
Making gut decisions about our product instead of listening to users and data,
Working in isolation to invent new product ideas, and
Copying competitors to feature match them.
You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager at a consumer-facing startup;
You are an extremely effective communicator, and know how to adapt your communication style to users, engineers, designers, and founders;
Your ability to take initiative and own projects to completion is world-class;
You are disciplined, methodical, and organized;
You love talking to users of your product and analyzing market opportunities;
You make decisions based on data and pragmatic analysis, but are not afraid to explore moonshot solutions;
You work well with engineers in an agile environment;
You know SQL;
You have a strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance; and
You have worked with Mixpanel and Optimizely, or equivalent products.
