Our 6th annual Practivism event will explore the opportunities that lay in front of each of us within the vast amount of data we pass by and carry with us on a daily basis. The BC Chapter, Society of Graphic Designers Canada, has invited Jer Thorp to share his explorations and perspectives on data, and its inherent opportunities.
A panel discussion with Alex Beim (Tangible Interaction), Casey Hrynkow (Herrainco Brand Strategy + Design), and Eric Karjaluoto (SmashLab) and moderated by Amanda Gibbs (Public Assembly) will further explore the possibilities, challenge individuals to take action, and respond to questions from the audience.
Join us as we endeavour to explore the myriad of possibilities that surround us, connect with others, and commit to creating change. Doors open at 6pm, Jer at 7pm, cash bar.
