Cisco’s #InnovationChallenge giving away $250,000 in prizes to IoT startups

Cisco has put out the call to “IoT trailblazers” around the world for its upcoming Innovation Challenge. The Challenge is looking for Internet of Things startups developing innovative solutions across a variety of categories, including infrastructure, middleware, data analytics, and security.

To sweeten the pot, Cisco has corralled a total of $250,000 in awards, with $150,000 going to the first place winner. Cisco is also providing winners access to its IoE Innovation Centers, potential partnership and investment opportunities, and an innovation to the Internet of Things World Forum in Dubai.

Submissions are open until June 7th, with semifinalists to be announced October 5th. The winners will be announced at the IoT World Forum December 7th.
