#BCTechSummit coming to Vancouver January 18 and 19

The BC Tech Summit is calling for entrepreneurs, investors, industry buyers, and government officials to enjoy its showcase highlighting the best of the BC tech industry January 18 and 19.

Presented by the province of British Columbia and BCIC, the summit is meant to build cross-sector opportunities for businesses and explore ideas that will drive a competitive advantage for BC. The conference includes keynote speakers and interactive panels focusing on new business models and insights into innovation.

At the same time, attendees can check out an interactive showcase about technology’s impact on the world, and a trade show featuring up-and-coming tech companies from across British Columbia. Speakers are varied across industries and verticals, and include Eric Ries, author of The Lean Startup, BC premier Christy Clark, and Hootsuite VP of talent, Ambrosia Vertesi.
