Applications for L-Spark’s SaaS accelerator open until August 11

L-SPARK

Ottawa-based L-Spark is seeking startups for its fall cohort until August 11.

The SaaS-focused accelerator — which says it has a network of 10,000 SaaS founders and investors — aims to make the capital city a hub for SaaS. In October 2016, L-Spark announced that it would be exclusively focused on scaling SaaS companies, moving away from its incubator track.

The program offers intensive workshops, access to mentors and investors, and operates with the goal of helping companies achieve 10x revenue growth.

“The SaaS business is all about building an engine that can grow rapidly over a large period of time. And growth is a large opportunity for businesses to become global and sustainable,” L-Spark executive director Leo Lax said at the time.

L-Spark has incubated 29 startups since 2015, and is accepting 10 startups for its fall cohort.
